Repairs were done to rotten floor joists and girders earlier in the year, then the customer was ready to seal the crawl space to prevent wood rot from happening every again
Solution
Crawl space needed to be cleaned so moister wouldn’t cause damage to wood.

Crawl space is now clean and moisture will no longer cause damage to the wood
