Your Day to Day Might Include:
- Answering phone calls, emails or chats like the customer service rockstar you are
- Translating customer complaints into “aha”! moments
- Logging interactions in our CRM like a digital archaeologist
- Escalating epic-level problems to the right department
- Memorizing product facts like your personal trivia deck
- Occasionally laughing at actually funny hold music
You Should Have:
- A high school diploma
- Some customer service experience- or natural charisma
- Computer skills that go beyond “I know how to Google things”
- A love for people, problem-solving, and maybe the occasional pun
