We had an excellent experience with CNT Foundations from start to finish. Jurgen was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain the work that was being recommended, and stayed in communication with us from the initial evaluation all the way through completion of the project.Justin and the installation crew were equally impressive. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in doing the job correctly. We had additional support installed beneath our home, including new concrete footings and structural reinforcement, and the difference was noticeable immediately. When we were purchasing our home, the inspector advised that our home, which was built in 1986, had sunk 3 inches in 40 years. The home needed piers in the front and back. We contacted CNT and another company for a quote. CNT came out and explained everything, provided us with a fair price on the quote and would they would give us a lifetime guarantee. We scheduled the work, permits were pulled and the crew came out and did the job. They only took one day, the crew was very professional and neat with their work. Very little disturbance to my yard. I watched the work, as I was curious about the process. When they dug down to place the bracket in the front of my house, it was noted that this process had been tried before by another company. All that company had done, was placed a plate on the front of the foundation. There was nothing to hold the house in place. The previous owner, who did not have that work done, but passed me all of the documents on the history of all the work on our home. There was no lifetime guarantee for that work, which was done approximately 10 years ago. I did some homework and found out that this can be a common occurrence and you need to do your due diligence like we did. Watching CNT do the work, and my husband being educated on the process, we were pleased with the job being performed and sure we will not have to deal with this issue again. There were no surprises during this process, resulting in unexpected additional costs. Our home fared well through the process, and our guarantee is transferable, in the event we ever sell this home. We are very pleased with the work performed with CNT.

Absolutely recommend! Jurgen came out quickly and was very knowledgeable and most importantly didn’t over sell the issues to run the price up, which from what I gather can be common in the industry. Within about a week they were on site. The site foreman Josh went over everything with me and tweaked things a little to get the best results. Him and his crew got after it and we’re done in 2 days. I had some substantial stair step cracking in brick as well as brick pulling away from windows. They were able to close them up substantially. Lifetime transferable warranty.
