In this Project Manager/Foreman position, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the installation of a variety of foundation and crawlspace repair solutions and products. We are looking for someone who’s just as comfortable managing a team as they are of picking up tools and installing the work themselves.
The ideal candidate will be able to excel with minimum oversight, ability to lead and manage an installation team, and have excellent communication skills with customers.
Things you must have to be considered for this role and be successful in this role:
- Have a Minimum OSHA 10.
- Excellent problem-solving ability – if you have been in this industry you know the unpredictable nature of soil, equipment issues, and all the joys associated with drilling in the dirt.
- Comfortable working in crawlspaces.
- Willingness to travel through the Southeastern United States.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to get on Federal Installations.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Managing crew sizes of 3 or more.
Things that would make you more attractive and successful would be:
- Background in home construction or improvement.
- Experience operating heavy machinery.
