Great experience with CNT Foundations. Dave was very helpful during the initial estimate and also for any follow up service we needed. Would recommend them to anyone.
Professional from beginning to end. Was kept aware of everything that was being done. Communication was outstanding . Thank all of your employees for me.
Dan was prompt and courteous. He looked over the situation at our church carefully and had some recommendations - the most important of which was that we didn’t really need their services, we should look at a different solution to our issue. His honesty and integrity on this was MOST appreciated - my kudos to Dan and the company!
Justin absolutely killed it. make sure you request him as your project manager
Justin was exceptionally efficient, focused, and customer oriented. He was very kind and thoughtful regarding how to solve my concern around the door sticking and foundation sinking. Thank you Justin!!
Justin and his team did a great job lifting and stabilizing my home, which had been built with a woefully inadequate foundation (beams 14' on center). So they had to put in 3 more beams plus the vertical piers under them. All work was done on time, within the quoted amount and the premises were left entirely clean. Very happy!
Marco was great thank you
I found Justin Leboeuf and his crew outstanding. Very conscientious and hard working. They paid great attention to detail and were very easy to work with. They did a fantastic job.Dr. Bagshaw, Edgefield Veterinary ClinicJustin was beyond amazing throughout our project. He and his crew were pleasant, had a wonderful work ethic and worked very hard to complete our project on time (and they did). Justin answered all of our questions and concerns as we checked on the project status. Justin went out of his way to assure we were happy with the work being done....the work was done correctly. Justin documented with pictures and sent them to us. They cleaned up behind themselves as they went. This team, being led by Justin, did a remarkable job and we look forward to having them return to complete Phase 2 of our project.Barbie Yonce, Edgefield Veterinary Clinic
We used CNT Foundations to lift our raised backyard patio that had sunken in due to drainage issues under the patio over the years. There was a large crack in the concrete across the middle of the patio and another crack running from the middle of the center crack to the outside edge of the patio. We were given a reasonable estimate up front for the work and the job was scheduled in a timely manner. The technician, Jeremy, arrived on the morning of the job and was candid about what they could do in a situation like ours. He was able to level the patio with PilyLift foam and sealed the cracks in the concrete to finish the job. It has taken us some time in getting used to stepping up on the level surface. We initially attempted to get another foundation specialist that we had used in the past to do the work, and they said they couldn't do the job and would not give us an estimate. We are very pleased with the job done by CNT Foundations.
We had an industrial site repair that needed taken care of. Dan was our sales rep at CNT’s Greenville SC location. He was very thorough, explained the process, what we needed and got us a quote very quickly. Jeremy, our onsite technician, did a fantastic job. Both were on time and professional. Jeremy completed the process in a very timely manner despite the added hassle of a ton of water being found under the concrete. We were very pleased with both Dan and Jeremy and will definitely use CNT Foundations again.

cracked

Replace vs Repair Foundation

Many homeowners ask themselves if they should repair their foundation or replace the foundation entirely and start from scratch. Deciding which option is best for your home depends on the type of problem, but foundation replacement doesn’t address what’s causing the problem like weak soil or tree roots pressing against your foundation. As a general contractor, CNT Foundations is qualified to not only repair your foundation but also address the problems affecting your home.

helical-piers

Piers

CNT Foundations offers the best types of pier solutions to repair your foundation. Helical piers screw into the soil to stabilize tilting chimneys, crooked porches, cracked foundation walls and more. Our push piers are a superior quality compared to others in the industry.

wall-leveling

Wall Straightening

Bowed walls are a nightmare for homeowners because leaving them unchecked can result in major structural damage to your home. CNT Foundations installs wall anchors that will lock into strong soil outside your foundation and guide your walls back to their original, straight positions.

Concrete Lifting

Concrete slabs can shift and sink due to soil erosion, leading to uneven surfaces. At CNT Foundations, we offer effective solutions for all your concrete issues:

Concrete Removal and Replacement

When concrete is too damaged to repair, we can remove the old slab and pour a new, better-supported one.

Polylift

Polyurethane foam lifting has become popular for its lightweight, waterproof properties and quick curing time, allowing the concrete slab to be used just minutes after leveling.

Mudjacking

This tried-and-true method involves injecting a slurry beneath the concrete slab to fill the void caused by soil erosion, effectively leveling the surface.

For any concrete concerns, CNT Foundations has you covered.

pool-deck

Pool Repair

Cracks in your pool deck are not only unsightly but also pose a tripping hazard. Resurfacing your concrete pool deck with a concrete overlay is an effective way to rejuvenate your pool area. This process fills in cracks and allows for the addition of new colors and designs.

Pool decks endure significant pressure from the surrounding soil, the pool itself, heavy summer traffic, and pool chemicals. Shifting, expansive, or weak soil can cause the slabs to become uneven or unstable.

A common repair method for in-ground pool decks is Polylift or mudjacking, where cement or polyurethane foam is injected below the slab to fill voids and level the surface. In cases where the slab is crumbling, removal and replacement may be necessary.

polylift

Polylift

Concrete leveling demands expertise and the proper materials for optimal results. At CNT Foundations, we employ advanced polyurethane foam leveling technology to repair sinking or tilted concrete slabs. Whether it’s your sidewalk, pool deck, driveway, or any other concrete surface that’s uneven, contact us. Our Polylift technology offers a rapid and durable solution. Unlike traditional mudjacking, which uses a concrete slurry and takes weeks to cure, Polylift is a fast-acting foam that cures and becomes waterproof within just 20 minutes!
