Outside Sales Representative

CNT Foundations is seeking additional Salespeople to capitalize in our continued growth. We value our employees and what they bring to the team. This allows us to offer a base salary that also includes an uncapped commission structure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide 5-star customer service from the appointment through the completion of the project. Accurately diagnose structural issues with residential homes.
• Counsel the homeowner on the prescribed solution, helping them understand what is needed.
• Follow-up with homeowners through the decision-making process to ensure CNT remains a part of their decision.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preference will be given to candidates with home estimate and/or construction experience, particularly from the sub-floor down.
• Candidates will need to be comfortable working in crawlspaces.
• Previous experience with a CRM system, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are necessary.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills will need to be demonstrated. Ideal candidates will be self-starters who can be successful with minimal supervision. Previous, verifiable sales success.
